If you have been asked to renew a subscription or procure a copy of an invoice for someone else, please read the following:
We understand it is common for executives and other professionals to ask their colleagues to help them renew or reconcile their subscriptions, especially if a subscription was purchased using a company credit card. In order to access your colleague's account, you will need to know their username and password so you can log in to their account and either renew their account for them or download a copy of their invoice from the My Account page on our site.
If you cannot do that, and you are not able to have your colleague complete their desired task themselves, you can email us at smr-help@mit.edu and we can help renew the subscription over the phone, or process an invoice request within 48 hours.
