To update your credit card details for existing subscriptions:
- Go to the 'Cards' section in My Account
- Choose the 'Add a new card' option
- Input the new credit card details and opt in to the option 'Apply to all active subscriptions'
- Click 'Save Changes' or after having saved changes, choose the option 'Set as default'
