MIT SMR sells primarily digital content through our store, in PDF format. We do not mail copies of articles, reports, case studies, or books from our store. The only physical items we sell in the store are back issue copies. Those can take four to six weeks for delivery.
For any digital content purchased, you can access the content through the confirmation email you received after making your purchase, which includes links to all content purchased. If you lost your confirmation email or never received it, please let us know at smr-help@mit.edu, and we can send you the PDFs from your purchase.
